The terms "blister pearl" and "mabe pearl" are often used interchangeably. However, they are not the same gemstone!

The blister pearl will be randomly chosen from the sample above. Note that the placement of pearl ranges from the center to near the edge.
The blister pearl is in its natural form. It has not been bleached to whiten it, dyed, or sanded to remove natural bumps or pits.
