Any purchase may be returned in tact for a full refund up to fourteen days after the date of the delivery confirmation. Please notify us if the item is a gift and you need an extension to this return period. If an item is returned with gemstones or other parts missing, Terra will substract our actual costs for the missing part(s) from the refund total.

Currently Terra only ships within the United States and its territories.

Terra uses U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping time takes 1-3 days in the U.S.

Purchases up to $59.98 - S&H = $4.60
Purchases $59.99 to $100.00 - S&H = $6.55
Purchases $101.00 and up - S&H = $8.95

If you would prefer U.S.P.S. express shipping, first class shipping, or another carrier like FedEx or UPS, please contact Terra and we will try to accomodate you.

Terra accepts PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Personal checks and Money orders.

We use the PayPal service for secure processing of credit cards, but YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT. To bypass the PayPal screens, go to the box "Don't have a PayPal Account?" and click on the Secure Checkout button.

Checks and Money Orders: Terra's shopping cart check out system currently does not have a method to process checks and money orders. Please email or call us with your order and delivery address so that we can process your order manually and send you a total with shipping and any applicable sales tax. Checks/money orders should be made out to "Terra Enterprises," drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Orders will be mailed as soon as the check clears.

Terra is required to collect Florida sales tax of 6% and Hillsborough County sales tax of 1% on all orders being delivered in Florida.

No sales tax is collected for orders delivered outside of Florida.

Gift purchases - Separate 'bill to' and 'ship to' addresses

Terra would be happy to send your purchase directly to one address and the bill to you. The package will contain a shipping receipt with NO pricing information AND a small gift card with your greetings. Your shopping cart check out form includes a Note box.
